This training course focuses on the approach of results-based financing (RBF) in Vocational Education and Training in development cooperation. In the first module, it describes the concept of RBF in general. Module 2 to 5 focus on how RBF may lead to a training success and self- oder wage employment of young, disadvantaged people in development countries.
